APOTHECARY
I get so much joy from growing, harvesting, and creating remedies with my green allies. I try to use as many herbs from my own garden and earthspace as possible, as well as organic alcohols and oils and locally sourced honey and beeswax. Click here to visit my online apothecary where you can find all the remedies I currently have stocked on my Etsy storefront, as well as a place to order practitioner-grade supplements.
CONSULTATION
I’ve been studying herbal medicine since 2012, first as a folk herbalist. In 2016, I decided to further my education to clinical herbalist, and I am a 2017 graduate of Thomas Easley’s Eclectic School of Herbal Medicine. I was taught how to use nutrition, sleep, and stress management to bring balance to the body and how to work with herbs to support these processes and increase vitality. If you have specific health issues you’d like to work on with me, you can fill out an intake form here.
JOURNAL
One of my most precious possessions is a collection of old diaries, journals, receipts, and accounts I found in a transom space in the farmhouse where I grew up. These are the records of the daily lives of my family dating back to 1883. Each time I post my own personal entry, I invoke their voices to see what life was like for them on a given day.
